Applications for 2022-23 school year open!
Members must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.75 and hold selves to a high moral standard.
Members complete at least two Bellevue Chapter National Honor Society Service projects per semester, or complete one service project of seven hours in own time.
Members who substitute one service project for seven hours must write a 1/2 page paper on their outside volunteer work and explain how it helped the community.
Members who do not turn in their service project requirements may result in dismissal from the NHS
Members must tutor at least two hours per month
Student must fill tutoring verification document, get teacher signature, and send it to NHS president.
Failure to fulfill tutoring requirement can result in dismissal from the National Honor Society
Members must attend official meetings
All members shall attend every single meeting for National Honor Society. If a members is unable to attend a meeting, then they must prearrange this absence by emailing one of the officers.
If a member fails to attend a meeting without prearranging, then they are given a warning, If a member is absent one more time, they face dismissal from National Honor Society.
